See Vista’s seven-week Natural Vision Improvement course begins approximately one week after its Natural Vision Improvement free introductory lecture date at the same location and time. In the early 1900’s, ophthalmologist Dr. William H. Bates pioneered this Natural Vision Improvement field. His eye education method teaches students how to coordinate the mind and body to achieve clarity. See Vista introduces the Bates Method of Natural Vision Improvement as an accessible program of good vision habits. Students practice using their own eyes in reading, playing sports, using the computer, watching TV, communicating, and seeing at night. Without eye exercises, students expect vision improvement in the above listed activities and more. In addition, See Vista teaches other helpful Bates techniques such as sunning and palming. Enrollees finish with information not only on how to improve their vision at any distance naturally, but also with the tools to maintain visual health for a lifetime.
This natural eye re-education program begins by exploring an obvious Bates vision principle, physical movement. In conjunction with visual movement, students study the Bates principle of centralization through both intellectual and experiential analysis of the eye. The course concludes with emphasis on the foundational Bates vision principle: relaxation. Effortless seeing requires visual relaxation and it underlies clear sight at all distances.
See Vista’s classes meet for two hours once a week. Upon completion of the course, See Vista invites students to attend free monthly review sessions. In these sessions, See Vista provides Natural Vision Improvement students with a program to increase sight for a lifetime. |

“Before taking the course, I cancelled my newspaper subscription because I could read only the headlines with my glasses on. Now I can read the newsprint with glasses.”
